This blend is a bright, citrus sun-kissed medley designed to invigorate the senses and encourage refreshment. With Organic Assam Black Tea Leaves, this blend has the mind focusing benefits of light caffeine content while softened by grounding and relaxant herbs. Delicious as an iced tea for early morning porch hangs throughout the spring and summer, or served warm after a meal for herbal digestive support that also awakens the brain.
Organic Ingredients: Black Tea, Fennel, Goji Berry, Lemongrass, Chamomile
Suggested Preparation: Delicious iced or hot! Add 1 heaping tablespoon of herb for every 8 oz of water used. For a stronger iced tea preparation, brew 1/4 cup herb per quart in hot water, chill for at least 2 hours & serve on ice. As always, sweeten to taste.
